10KHZ逆變直流點(diǎn)焊機 是我公司研制生產(chǎn)的一種全新的電阻焊機。該產(chǎn)品采用目前世界上最先進(jìn)的高頻逆變技術(shù)、全橋軟開(kāi)關(guān)技術(shù)和DSP數字控制技術(shù)；輸出頻率一萬(wàn)赫茲。具有變壓器體積小、輸出功率大、焊接成型好、焊接飛濺少、控制精度高等特點(diǎn)。在焊接多層鍍鋅鋼板和高強度鋼板時(shí)，不但焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量好，而且可以做到基本無(wú)飛濺。本產(chǎn)品共獲得國內發(fā)明專(zhuān)利四項，實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利十五項，軟件著(zhù)作權證書(shū)三項，另有兩項國際發(fā)明專(zhuān)利正在接受專(zhuān)利指定國的審查。

該產(chǎn)品具有以下特點(diǎn)：

1、變壓器體積小，重量輕，不但實(shí)現了變壓器和焊鉗的一體化，也有利于減輕機器人 焊鉗的整體重量。

2、焊鉗伺服電動(dòng)缸 可采用進(jìn)口的中空電機 ，也可以采用我公司自主研發(fā)并獲得多項專(zhuān)利的電動(dòng)缸。進(jìn)口的中空電機采用行星滾柱絲杠 ，其使用壽命是普通滾珠絲杠 的5-10倍。我公司生產(chǎn)的電動(dòng)缸結構設計合理，噪音低，剛性強，使用壽命長(cháng)，

維護簡(jiǎn)單。

3、獲得多項外觀(guān)專(zhuān)利的機器人焊鉗本體，采購航空鋁加工，剛性好，強度高，變形量小，對提高焊接質(zhì)量，起到了很好的保障作用。

4、焊接主機與機器人通訊采用DEVICENET協(xié)議，也可根據用戶(hù)要求，配置個(gè)性化通訊模塊。

作為國家十二五重大專(zhuān)項“基于機器人的汽車(chē)焊裝自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)”項目的承擔者之一，次高頻電動(dòng)伺服機器人專(zhuān)用直流點(diǎn)焊機 已經(jīng)被一汽轎車(chē)公司的D009車(chē)型的地板線(xiàn)、M3車(chē)型的主焊線(xiàn)等多款車(chē)型采用；該產(chǎn)品還于2013年成功中標上海通用汽車(chē)D2UX平臺機器人點(diǎn)焊機項目，數十臺次高頻逆變直流機器人專(zhuān)用電動(dòng)伺服點(diǎn)焊機，專(zhuān)門(mén)用于該項目的高強度鋼板焊接。
